Welcome to the SAL
Archive site. To date all SAL tables from 1907 on have been uploaded
to the site. These pages also include details of who joined or left
the league and when as well as SAL winners of AFA affiliated cups.
For the years 1928-1948 selected Nemean League
tables are also available as a large number of SAL clubs fielded
sides in this league at the time. In similar fashion, a number of banks clubs fielded sides in the London Banks F.A. Where the relevant tables are available, these are included.
I am gradually making my
way through the member clubs, beginning with those no longer in the
League. This is a gradual process so please bear with me. I am still
copying some information from handbooks for the years 1989 to 2006.
Please try the drop down menu to see which clubs are online. If a
page does not appear it means I haven't got that far yet.
Where possible I have
indicated which leagues clubs went to when they left the SAL. If
this information is not listed it means I do not have it. If you are
